How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. If you order a custom build, please allow an additional 24 hours for our team to professionally assemble and grip your board.
What is your return policy on skate hardware?
We accept returns on unused and unassembled items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once a deck has been gripped or trucks have been mounted, the item is no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
